About Us:
Ron was born in Heartland, Maine and moved to Douglas, Massachusetts in 1953.
He met and married his wife Sue in 1963.
They moved to St. Cloud, Florida in 1995 and then to Zephryhills, Florida in 2005.

Ron became a Square Dance Caller in 1976.
He has attended Callers Seminars with Ed Foote, Cal Goldin, Tom Rinker, Tony Oxendine and Ross Howell.
Ron is a member of the Suncoast Callers Association and the Central Florida’s Callers Association.
Ron calls and does workshops of Mainstream, Plus, APD and DBD and also calls Hot Hash!

Ron has called for the following clubs: M&M Squares (Webster, MA); Sutton Squares (Sutton, MA); Heyloft Squares (Southbridge, MA); Jumptown Twirlers (Orange, MA); Two Hearts as One (Massachusetts); Mobile Squares (Mapleville, RI); Four Most Squares (Bellingham, MA); Heyloft Steppers (Shrewsbury, MA); Wagon Wheels (St. Cloud, FL); Ding-A-Ling Squares (Riverview, FL) and Kissimmee Squares (Kissimmee, FL). He has called at Square Dance Camping weekends at Horseshoe Acres (Chester VT). Ron has also called at Square and Round Dance State Conventions in New England and 3 National Square Dance Conventions – the last one the 64’th NSDC in Springfield, MA.

Ron is the Club Caller for Temple Twirlers (Tampa, FL) and is currently also calling at CampInn Squares (Frostproof, FL) and Hitch-n-Go Camping Club Chapter 082 out of Florida. Ron has also hosted 3 Square Dance Cruises in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Ron has started a new club "Trinity Squares" in Wesley Chapel, Florida with dancing beginning in October of 2019.
